Origin

Mexico - These Pataxte beans are grown by the "Chinanteco" people in the fertile Chanantla Region of Oaxaca. Many small farmers grow these beans - we've sourced a small amount from our recent trip by farmers Dionisia, Don Emilio, and Seferino among others.
